Recipes

Here are a few of my favorite recipes. I am on the go most of the time and need to have prepared, yummy, healthy foods so that I don't go through the drive thru and get a large fry. Outlined below are a few of my calorie/carb friendly foods that I enjoy. 

Note: These recipes are not based off of any deficit or diet. Please contact me if you have questions about integrating these recipes into your day! 

Protein Bombs

  • 1 Scoop Protein powder

  • 3/4 cup PB2 powder

  • 4 Tbs Honey

  • 1/4 C. Sugar free Chocolate Chips

  • 3 C. Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 C. Milk (Almond or 2%)

Mix all ingredients together and put into a silicon mini muffin pan. Set in freezer until hard. Store in air tight container.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 C. Shredded Cooked Chicken ( I use rotisserie) 

  • 1/4 C. Buffalo Sauce of your choice

  • 1 container plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Ranch packet

  • 1/4 C. Mozzarella Cheese

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and cook on low to medium heat until warm. Serve with veggies, wheat thins, or pretzels. 

Fruit Dip
 

  • 1 Container Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tsp Maple Extract

  • 2 Tbsp. Honey

Combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve with fruit of your choice. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
